When you choose a digital treasure from The Atelier, your journey begins instantly; as soon as your purchase is complete, a dedicated link will be delivered to your inbox, allowing you to download your high-resolution artwork without the need for physical transit.

For those who embark on a Bespoke Experience, the process is one of patient craftsmanship. Because each suite is a tailor-made work of art, production typically unfolds over four to eight weeks, followed by a journey via trusted express couriers like DHL or FedEx. We hand-pack every invitation in our studio using protective materials to ensure that the delicate textures of the paper and the vibrancy of the pigments remain untouched. Shipping costs and specific timelines are always calculated individually and detailed within your personal quote to ensure transparency and grace.

 

If you have commissioned a Live Painting performance, the resulting original masterpiece is handled with the reverence it deserves. Should it not be delivered in person on your wedding day, it will be carefully dried, finished, and shipped within ten business days via insured courier to guarantee its safe arrival at your home. Please be mindful that for our international couples outside the European Union, any local customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient, as these are governed by the regulations of your home country.

Given the artisanal and digital nature of our creations, please note that downloads from the Atelier and custom-commissioned projects are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange once the creative process or digital delivery has commenced.
