Because the treasures found within The Atelier are delivered as instant digital downloads, they are considered consumed at the moment of delivery. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital artwork once the download link has been shared with you. We encourage you to review your selection carefully, knowing that these digital files are prepared with the same precision as our physical works.

For those who choose the Bespoke Experience or commission a Live Painting performance, the journey is one of intimate collaboration and personal dedication. Since these suites and artworks are custom-tailored to your unique story and vision, they cannot be returned or refunded once the design process has begun or the production phase has been initiated. We walk with you through every step of the creative process to ensure the final masterpiece is exactly as you envisioned before it is brought to life.

In the rare event that a physical shipment arrives damaged, we handle the situation with the utmost care and priority. We kindly ask that you contact the Atelier at info.laprecisina@gmail.com within forty-eight hours of receiving your package, providing photographs of the damage so that we may find a poetic and professional solution together.
