  • Physical prints (where available).

  • Customized products and artistic commissions upon request. Each product is described on its respective page, including technical specifications, formats, usage guidelines, and pricing.

3. Digital Products - For all digital purchases:

  • The file is available for immediate download upon successful payment.

  • No physical product will be shipped.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their device and software are compatible with the file formats provided.

  • Online previews may contain watermarks, which will not appear on the purchased file.

4. Physical Products

Physical prints are produced and shipped according to the timelines indicated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the final destination. laprecisina.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

5. License of Use and Copyright

All content on laprecisina.com, including digital files, illustrations, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Federica Bettarini and is protected by international copyright laws. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights to the buyer.

  • Permitted Use: Personal use only (e.g., printing for yourself or as a one-time gift).

  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell or distribute digital files; upload files to print-on-demand or third-party marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, etc.); use designs for commercial purposes; modify, claim as your own, or use for branding/packaging without a dedicated commercial license.

6. Pricing

All prices are expressed in Euro (€). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already placed will be honored at the price indicated at the time of purchase.

7. Payments - We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards via Stripe.

  • PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, certified systems.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

  • Digital Products: According to EU regulations, refunds are not available for digital products once the download has commenced. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

  • Physical Products: Replacements or refunds are only granted for defective goods or products damaged during transport. In such cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personalized/commissioned items.

9. Delivery

  • Digital Downloads: Available immediately after payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for saving and backing up the files.

  • Physical Shipping: Delivery times depend on the carrier. Any customs duties or taxes for shipments outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, not to violate copyright, and not to attempt to compromise the security of the website.

11. Limitation of Liability

laprecisina.com is not responsible for technical malfunctions of the user's device, delays caused by shipping carriers, misuse of purchased products, or issues resulting from files altered by the customer.
