How far in advance should we book our stationery?
To ensure the attention to detail your story deserves, we recommend reaching out 8 to 9 months before your wedding date. For Full Custom Suites, our creative and production process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks once the design is approved. If you are working with a shorter timeline, we can often accommodate your needs through our Curated Collections, depending on our current studio availability.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we are proud to send our creations to couples all over the globe. Whether it is a delicate suite of invitations or a large-scale live painting canvas, we take the utmost care in packaging and logistics to ensure your art arrives safely, regardless of your destination.

Can we customize the illustrations in our suite?
Absolutely. Bespoke artistry is the hallmark of La Precisina. We specialize in creating custom watercolor illustrations of your venue, botanical sketches of your floral arrangements, and personalized family crests. These elements are designed to transform your stationery into a unique narrative that is yours alone.

How does the Live Painting service work on the wedding day?
Our live painting is a performance of joy and art. We typically paint for up to 5 hours during your event, following your day-of schedule. We begin by capturing the setting and the atmosphere, continuing to work as the celebration unfolds. Larger canvases are then taken back to our studio for final academic refinements before being delivered to your home.

Is there a minimum order for wedding stationery?
At La Precisina, we focus on creating complete, cohesive experiences. Rather than individual items, we prefer to embrace the entire project—from the first Save the Date to the final Day-of details. This ensures a seamless aesthetic thread throughout your entire celebration. While we don't have a rigid minimum count, our custom clients typically invest in full ensembles to achieve the most impactful result.

What is your commitment to sustainability?
Sustainability is woven into the fabric of our studio. We personally recycle a minimum of 60% of our paper waste, breathing new life into repurposed materials to create our signature handcrafted papers. Choosing La Precisina means choosing a luxury experience that respects the environment through conscious craftsmanship.
Can we request a bespoke quote?
Every wedding is a unique masterpiece, and our pricing reflects the bespoke nature of our work. For Full Custom Suites, investments typically range from €2,500 to €6,000+, while Live Painting commissions start from €500, depending on the complexity and location. THE ATELIER & DIGITAL ART
What kind of products can I find in The Atelier?
The Atelier is our curated online space where you can purchase ready-to-use artistic goods. This includes digital illustrations for your personal projects, exclusive stationery accessories, and physical art prints. Each item is crafted with the same precision and soul as our bespoke commissions.

How do I receive my digital illustrations after purchase?
Our digital goods are available for immediate download. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your high-resolution files. Please note that for digital items, we do not ship any physical products, and the responsibility for saving and archiving the files remains with the customer.

What are the usage rights for the digital illustrations?
When you purchase a digital work from La Precisina, you are granted a license for personal use only. This means you are welcome to print the artwork for your home, use it for your own personal wedding stationery, or give a physical print as a one-time gift. The purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights; the artistic copyright remains exclusively with Federica Bettarini.

Can I use the digital files for my small business or branding?
No, the standard digital purchase does not cover commercial use. It is strictly prohibited to resell the files, upload them to print-on-demand platforms (such as Etsy, Amazon, or Redbubble), use them for branding, packaging, or any form of merchandising. Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once the download has been initiated or the file has been delivered. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and technical specifications carefully before completing your purchase. Should you encounter any technical issues with the file, our studio is always available to assist you.
